STATE OFFICER VISIT REQUEST
|
|
|
If you would like to request a chapter visit by a State Officer, please submit the Officer Request Form at least two weeks prior to the event. After the officer has visited, please fill out and send in the Officer Evaluation Form.
You may email both forms to Bart.Draper@arkansas.gov. Please cc them to Samantha.Mccullah@arkansas.gov.

STATE REPORT
|
|
|
All required reports, with the exception of your Teacher Information System (TIS) entry, will be submitted through the AET system. Your TIS page can be accessed here.
Report Due Dates:
- Your TIS entry must be made by the Friday after Labor Day. For Fall 2011, that date is September 9 by 5pm. Remember that ALL teachers must register as "new" and create an account each year.
- The chapter Program of Activities (POA) is due November 10.
- The Supervised Agriculture Experience (SAE) is due February 3.
- The National Chapter Application is due April 1. This application will be automatically pulled by the State Office on this date.
- Your Annual Report is due June 1.
