2026 State Convention Expo Coordinator
 
Position Details      

The Arkansas FFA Association is seeking a qualified individual to serve as the 2026 State Convention Expo Coordinator, a paid contracted position that plays a vital role in the success of our annual State Convention in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Each year, the Expo connects over 3,000 students, advisors, industry partners, colleges, and agricultural organizations. We are looking for someone who can help us grow, elevate, and expand the Expo experience through strong communication, organized planning, and industry outreach. 


About the Position      

The Expo Coordinator is responsible for vendor recruitment, exhibitor communication, Expo layout and logistics, coordination with the Convention Center, expo stage programming, and on-site support during Convention Week. This part-time position averages 20–30 hours per week from December 2025 through May 2026.
