The Arkansas FFA Foundation is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter of growth. The Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit that raises and stewards the private resources supporting Arkansas FFA's 217 chapters and 18,228 members statewide.

This is a leadership opportunity, not a caretaker role. The Foundation enters this search from a position of strength, with membership at record levels, more than $642,000 raised in the current fiscal year, $550,000 in endowed funds, and 21 active corporate partners. The next Executive Director will inherit real momentum and a clear mandate to build on it.

As chief executive, principal fundraiser, and public face of the Foundation, the Executive Director will lead fundraising and donor development, financial oversight, board relations, program and event support, and communications, all in close partnership with the Arkansas FFA Association and agricultural education stakeholders across the state.

We're looking for someone who:

• Genuinely cares about agricultural education and FFA's mission
• Builds trust easily with donors, corporate partners, educators, and students alike
• Has a track record in nonprofit development, fundraising, or grant writing
• Can manage budgets and report to a governing board
• Communicates well in writing, in person, and in front of a crowd

Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; five or more years of experience in a comparable nonprofit development role; CFRE certification preferred or a demonstrated commitment to earning it.

The position is based at the Foundation's offices at Camp Couchdale in Hot Springs, Arkansas, on the banks of Lake Catherine.
